It reminds me of an effect yo can do with software which is usually called zoom blur or something like that. Have you tried both the optic and software approachs? I'm curious about which works better. I want to think that optics are processing at the speed of light so they're better, but I wonder if you have more control by using software ( like blurring only certain compents of the image ).”

yes I did it the optic way. It's really easy, just either manually adjust the shutter time to be a bit longer or put a neutral density filter, then take the photos and play with the zoom until you get a good one :-)
Digital photography is amazing for the fact that you can do as many attempts as you want :-)”
