Cinemavvenire is an Italian association based in Rome that promotes the art of cinema by publishing film reviews on their online magazine and oganizing events and courses in Rome.
The site contains also articles about Theatre, Litterature, Music, Architecture, Art, Videogames and more.
I worked on this site in 2008 toghether with my collegues of that period: Matteo Alberigi and Matteo Maria Baccano, my task was to convert the layouts designed by Matteo Alberigi into a stable Joomla Template with valid xhtml and css and to organize the structure of the web-site with the Joomla CMS.
Every section of the site has a slight different template. The article layout has been particularly taken care of, in order to obtain a good readability.
Cinemavvnire.it is one of the most popular film buff web-sites in Italy and counts between 3.000 and 5.000 of visits per day.
